No. We are a Direct Hire recruiter, which means we deliver top talent to our clients, and they handle their own interview and hiring processes. You will be hired by the employer and will be on their payroll from day one.

No. We make a small commission on each hire, paid by our clients. Candidates never pay for our services.

Great question. Every LadderUp placement includes a 90-day trial period where you and your new employer can evaluate for yourselves what’s working and what’s not; if you decide it’s not a great match, no worries. We’ll handle the exit process and keep you on our radar for the next great gig.

Title Processor/Closer

Do you thrive in a fast paced environment?  Have the ability to multitask and thrive under pressure?  This title company is expanding their processing team and looking for strong candidate for their Knoxville, TN location.

  • Process documents for real estate transactions
  • Maintain and build professional relationship with customers
  • Provide status of the transaction throughout the closing process to the appropriate customers
  • Understand and address all title requirements
  • Assist in the collection of the necessary data to include but not limited to; payoff orders, property taxes, water/sewer, HOA status, and municipality lien searches
  • Is results and task driven with accuracy
  • Constant communication with the client/customers and Real Estate agent’s supervisor on the status of the transaction throughout the closing process
  • Schedule closing and conduct closings as needed
  • Strong communication and team player is a must
  • Ability to multitask, working independently and with the team
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills are required

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2+ years as a Title Processor or with in the Title / Escrow Industries
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Able to follow all company procedures and policies including meeting the company customer service expectations
  • Qualia experience a plus
  • Knowledge of title insurance, regulatory guidelines, legal documents
  • Background check require
  • This is not a remote position

Responsibilities:

  • Obtain funding authorization, ship closed files to appropriate parties and disburse all money
  • Ability to multi-task and switch between multiple files at once
  • Work closely with other title companies on split closings
  • Work closely with real estate agents and deliver appropriate checks and paperwork
  • Review warranty deeds and deeds of trust for errors before recording
  • Manage all closed files to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner
