How does this work?
Once you’ve joined our Employer Community, we’ll reach out to learn more about your company, your goals, your culture, and your hiring needs. From there, we’ll send you resumes and information on qualified, trainable candidates based on the criteria you give us. You’ll interview and hire the candidates you choose.
Do I have to have a real estate background?
You don’t. While most of our candidates come from the real estate industry, our clients are interested in aptitude, attitude, and culture fit; most are willing to train the right candidate.
Do you do temporary or temp-to-hire placements?
No. We are a Direct Hire recruiter, which means we deliver top talent to our clients, and they handle their own interview and hiring processes. You will be hired by the employer and will be on their payroll from day one.
Does this cost me anything?
No. We make a small commission on each hire, paid by our clients. Candidates never pay for our services.
Where are you located?
LadderUp is headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee.
Where do you place candidates?
Our clients and candidates are located across the U.S., with remote and semi-remote positions available.
What if I land the job and it’s not the right fit?
Great question. Every LadderUp placement includes a 90-day trial period where you and your new employer can evaluate for yourselves what’s working and what’s not; if you decide it’s not a great match, no worries. We’ll handle the exit process and keep you on our radar for the next great gig.
Can you help me move to a different city?
If you’re looking for a change of scenery, we can help you land a position that will take you to a new locale. We do not offer relocation services at this time, but can direct you to movers and other services when the time comes.
Can you help me change careers?
