How does this work?
Once you’ve joined our Employer Community, we’ll reach out to learn more about your company, your goals, your culture, and your hiring needs. From there, we’ll send you resumes and information on qualified, trainable candidates based on the criteria you give us. You’ll interview and hire the candidates you choose.
Does this cost me anything?
There is no upfront cost for our services. When you decide to hire a LadderUP candidate, we receive a one-time commission fee based on that person’s initial salary.
How do you evaluate employee fit?
Before we recommend a candidate for your position, we thoroughly evaluate their skills, personality, experience and personal goals as well as your position requirements, workplace culture, expectations, and goals.

What if I hire someone and it’s not the right fit?
Great question. Every LadderUp placement includes a 90-day trial period where you and your new hire can evaluate for yourselves what’s working and what’s not; if you decide it’s not a great match, no worries. We’ll be in touch with the next great candidate.
